Now your fork can get the same special tuning that the pros get from Marzocchi Canada. Find out how (http://www.nsmb.com/gear/marzocchi_report_01_07.php).

Had the Super T Pro sent in after riding her for 2 years and she came out way better than when I got her.

They know there stuff and it is worth the hassle of getting there during work hours. The receptionist was very helpful.... is she still there?!?!?!

HA!

Apparently she moved away. I was there a few weeks ago and the boys were a bit depressed.

Funny, I wish I'd thought of mentioning that to him. Oh wait, I did...

Change the hours from Tuesday to Saturday, with no tech on Saturday - just customer service with drop off and pick up.

Naz still gets his Saturday off, you don't have any "Dude, could you just tear apart my fork? I want to get in another run." James doesn't have to spend more money to hire more staff, and Bryson is happy because more people will be able to use the service. More people = more money.

But that's just a suggestion. I'm probably the only one who thinks that way. ;)

I'll have some brand new 07 66rc2x on my bike this week. How long should I ride them before dropping them off at Marzocchi. Anyone got any wisdom for me?

Great article. I dropped my 888RC off last fall and had them install a compression brake to keep it from bottoming so much and I had them change the lowers and oil. Man they did a great job my fork feels better than new. And Ozibatla I'd say run your forks until you start to feel limitations like bottoming too much or stiction and then take them into Marz.

^I guess you had an 05 888? Thats what I have and although I'm not bottoming out, I'd like it to be less plush but I can't dial my compression any higher so I think it's either heavier oil or a compression brake ($60?). No boubt I'll try heavier oil first.

Is the compression brake to help combat excessive fork dive? If so, then that would be probably better than heavier oil, heavier oil may limit your forks performance in areas that you don't want it to.

Personally, I don't hold it against them for not being open on Saturdays. It's not like they are a full on "retail" store. Places like OGC do the same thing. You just have to work around it. And in the summer, wouldn't you rather be riding at Whistler on a Saturday? I know I would.

It's a pity they don't offer this service in good ol' europe :/

That's a great idea Stuart! I'd definitely be more inclined to get the factory service if I could get there when they were open. As it is, I can visit my LBS after 5 PM and Lou does a great job rebuilding my forks.
