Hey,
I moved last week to squamish and brought my bike with me. But no I don't know where to ride.
So I would be really happy if someone could show me the trails round here.
Thank you

What kind of riding are you looking for? How experienced of a rider are you?
Welcome to Squish

I'm riding Freeride and Dh (brought my sx-trail with me) for 3-4 years now and already participated in several dh-races.

You'll like the riding around here, then. There is still a lot of snow on the trails currently - some of the lower trails should be good to go.

buy a SORCA map from a squamish bike shop. The trail network up there is a maze that can leave you lost in the bush without map, or at least riding in circles.
don't forget your www.sorca.ca membership! These are the people who maintain the trails up there, and they need your support!

A bunch of trails on Diamond Head are really good right now...Hard to explain but basically If you buy a map at a shop they'll show you how to get there...
Ask how to get on Cake Walk(beautiful right now), HomeBrew, Ditch Pig....If you can make it to Deliverance(definitely harder to find) you'll probably love it. Its got everything on it. pretty much 100% natural stuff except for one little drop and a log ride..
You might also wanna try Cougar Ridge , really nice flow but its a pain to get your bike at the top for 2 minutes of pleasure...like for any other trails in Valley Cliff...
Easiest trails to find are probably in the highlands…not much vertical there but tons of flowy stuff…
Where are you located in Squamish? You'll love it here, there's a lot of sweet trails to ride, give it a month and everything will be bare and ready to ride!

I am always looking for rides, I have new lights and did my first night ride down Home Brew, Psudostuga. It was awesome, I'm hooked! Let me know anytime if you are riding, anyone !

I'm living in the highlands. And as I said I've already been shown trails like rollercoaster, nine lives and high way 2 hell. And I bought myself a map at tantalus. But still would be happy If someone would help me finding some trails behind university, becaus I can't find an entry yet.

Go higher up the road. One trail comes out at the Uni, another at the sharp corner about 300m below the single lane section across the bluff, but most end near the loop-de-loop thing beside the creek in that clearcut. That stuff starts near the top of the road, so don't expect to ride it before late March.
How about this weekend? The 10th?

You should check the forecast again, they're calling for sunshine, where do you see snow ?
I've cleanup Deliverance and the bottom part of 19th hole last weekend, they're good to go except for one big motherfu#@*$ tree down 19th, my chainsaw couldn’t take it...

Is there a new exit to Deliverance? I thought I heard of a cut to the left, near the bottom.

Yea. under the powerlines I believe. It's really ferny and the new trail just goes straight instead of going downhill. Boots along an old skidder road sorta deal. pretty fun with a unique little gap. As of right now you have to walk the exit (like 10ft), theres a ladder missing slats. Should be all good soon though. It needs traffic.
