Tuesday, Thursday! Shore, Shuttles!

So my weekend was totally screwed, I am determined to get up there and ride while the weather is so awesome. Tuesday and Thursday are my go days. Might be riding early on tuesday as i am supposed to be back in Bellingham by 3(but everybody is late once in a while right?) Maybe Cypress will be good to go for Thursday? Anybody else have nothing going on on these days and want to ride till you're legs turn to rubber?

Unfortunately I don't own lights. If i did i would definitely be down, i have yet to go for a night ride.

I squeezed my work back to 5 o clock so I will need to leave the shore at about 3:30. I have no problem with getting up early for a much needed bike ride. How early do you guys want to get together? 8 or 9? I am thinking a couple laps on Seymour to work out the kinks and get used to my new bike, then maybe some Cypress? I have only hit Cyps once but i loved Sexboy and Family Guy. Wild Cherry and Roach Clip (?) were fun too. Anybody been up there to check the snow?

Skunkworks and Banshee- So you guys are in for tomorrow? Do you both have cars/trucks? How does 8 am at Old Buck sound? Could push it back to 9 if necessary. Sounds like i'm gonna be going to bed early tonight! I'll pm you guys my phone# to call if anything comes up tomorrow.

Yesterdays ride went awesome! Both Seymour and Cypress were rippin, the trails were suprisingly dry. We did 2 on Seymour and one on Cypress. Thanks Ryan and Connor for showing up! Great meeting you guys.

I think the plan for tomorrow is a lap or two on Cypress in the morning, and then on to Eagle and/or Woodlot. I will probably have to start a little later, my guess is about 9, as i am supposed to be working until 7. If necessary, i could take off a bit earlier. I think that its also quite a bit warmer by 9. Anyway, thats the tentative plan, suggested by Ryan, what do you guys think?

Whats this about homemade rotors? If i gave you some aircraft grade titanium sheet could you make me some rotors?

yeah I'm Ryan... I don't know what he's talking about with the homemade rotors. I sheared off a hayes rotor along all the holes in the braking surface on a drop run out at eagle last winter though. If you give me some titanium I'll try and make you rotors, but I don't think they would turn out too well.

Nice, thanks :). How are the trails is squamish these days? I think the shore trails are in incredible shape.

You guys should come down and ride some trails arround here one of these days. Maybe some time in the spring Glacier will be ridable.

I find it a little funny that people like my car so much, especially now that its got a big scrape from being sideswiped at school, is dirty as hell, and i have my winter steelies on with no hubcaps. Personally i think it looks like crap.

I'm up for tuesday no matter how bad the weather is. I did seymour then cypress yesterday just as it started to snow on cypress. It made things interesting - a few times I almost slid off some of the higher ladders to the rockpits below.

Yeah I have lights and I'd be interested. If you are sick you should come get some fresh air and shuttle us up the hill. You wouldn't even have to ride - it would be a nice mellow day.
