yeah the hyvat stuff comes cheap, and works well.

Goretex will cost you though. 100+$ I got some APECS trousers, they're awesome.

But yeah, dont let the low price of the hyvat trousers steer you away, they're great too.

Edit: oh yeah, they're military sizing, not regular sizes, a medium is pretty huge. fits to a 37" waist or so.

Mine are definetly Gore Tex.

Noticed a miniscule amount of moisture coming through at the knees but have realized that it was from the contact with the tights and knee underneath.

When it got really heavy there was a miniscule amount getting through the ass area, between the rainfall and the tire spray the seam got a little overwhelmed.

But despite this know that I'm far better off with these little probs then the alternative.

My next plan is to get a pair to turn into a pair of three quarte pants, so can use with armour.

thanks for the awesome replies guys... i'm gonna check some local places and if i can't find anything, i may try the ebay route. i don't really wanna wait a few weeks to get them and then have not not fit right...
