Or buy a new caliper.
Is there no adaptor for post mount to IS?
Not for Hope brakes. Your best bet is to get a new capiler.
BTW, which Hope do you have? Mono 4 or 6?

I have my Hopes on both my Manitou and my Shiver. My Manitou is post mount, right? So there must be adapters
If you have a Mono 6, all you need is a different adapter.
I assume your Mono 6 is 2004/2005

Monster T and Fox 40 are post mount, Most others are I.S.
didn't you just buy a new travis for the sx?
your hope should work fine on a eny fox fork, unless your getting a 40, then you would also need to get a 9" rotor.

if the mounts dont line up you can change the adapters for mono 4's & 6's, no new caliper needed.
ontop has them for $50
