In regards to the gentleman who found himself on the couch more than on the bike, I had two years of crashed out badness with minimal riding and I lost the buzz, I then spent most of this summer on a new bike in the bike park....Best summer of my life! I recomend booking a biking trip, mayber to whistler, maybe to moab...wherever...the commitment will force you to get excited as it get's closer, then you'll prbably have a hoot and be right back into the addiction when you get back home.
