go for it. i only saw one in person once, and holy sh!t was it amazing. the welds that yeti does are simply beyond belief and the quality of everything they put on their bikes is stunning. the 4X is pretty much my dream play bike, and at 6.1 lbs, handmade, with a strong, world cup proven design, you can't get much better than that.

Looks sweet...

How much seat-post insertion do you get before the seattube bends? It seems that the bike would be a lot more useful if they just made the seat tube straight?

c'mon, it's not like ross is going to be climbing up anything.. :high: It's kinda like those older Tazer's that had super slack seatpost angles, good for going down, not up..

With the colour-coordinated rollers it looks sort of like Bianchi set out to make a 4x bike... what's next, Yeti coloured bar grips and saddle?

It's _almost_ Celeste.

Sweet Yeti.

That is not a good looking Bianchi. Maybe it's the wheels?

Ross - stop farting around with these piddly-shit projects like building bikes when you already have 3 or 4 of them. Build yourself something with a little more originality that you'll keep and use longer, like a go-kart or a dune buggy.

Saw one of those in my LBS the other day. Pike, atlas cranks, full x-o, hope m4's, the works. I was in aw. Such a slick looking bike. Then I look up on the wall behind the 4x, and what do I see? A 303 frame. I almost cried. The only thing sitting between me, and those 2 bikes is a few thousand dollars..... *sigh* oh well. One can only dream.

PS- I have no idea why those 2 bikes were in a shop in the middle of texas..... But it was cool to look at and dream hahahah!!
