Pivot point bearings on the bb7, seal talk !

I see that the seals are removable so i can grease them, but whats the best way to get them off to do so ? I used to use a pin for my skateboard to remove the rubber seals, but im worried that they may leak on a bike.

pry bar and big hammer. definatly the way to go, but you really gotta smash the shit out of it.

HAha no man, just the seals. Got it anyways, pin, than tons of oil and greese inside, than greased the outside so nothing gets into the edge there the pin slightly broke the seal.
