Day trip: bike hire / guide

Hi,

I'm coming over from the UK the week after next, and going to be in Vancouver for 3 days, but will mostly be working. There is a possibility that I might have a day or so free, but I won't know until I'm there. Is there anywhere in Vancouver that does guided day trips with bike hire? preferably at short notice! I've done quite a lot of biking in Europe and would love to try some Shore riding....

Both Bushpilot and Endless are excellent guides. Try either of them out!

It's easily doable without a tour really, the sea bus and bus ride over there is not too much hassle....
