It comes with stock Mavic CXP32 rims on Sora hubs, and a set of Mavic Cosmos wheels.

Someone in the range of about 5'3" to 5'8". I've ridden it a little and I'm 5'9", but its on the small side for me. Its a compact frame, so its low, but you can alter your fit with different length stems obviously. The Devinci road bikes used to fit a like a size larger than most brands, so this small will feel like a medium to a lot of riders.
