Picked up my new fork from norco today!! OMG its soooo nice.2003 Dirt Jumper 2 ,32mm stantions, QR20! flat black , 5 " , I can't wait to put this bad boy on tomorrow! I'm riding tomorrow to test it as well. going to look so nice on my white bike!

Yeah, the creek bed. The two tabletops are cool (especially the second one) but the drops to flat are kind of dumb.

I tryed the new fork and wow! What a diff. The bike feels twice as ridged. Its going to take a little getting used to. I cleaned 6 seconds for the first time. I don't know what it is , But for some reason the goats log has my number. I tryed and tryed but to no avail. So I moved on. I'm going to go back though and get my revenge!!:flame: But after that my ride went ok. So I'll see some of you guys in there soon. Later and peace!

02 super T is about $1000 at shop.
03 jrT is about $650 at shops.
those are considered pretty good deals, so usually it's more.

for second hand, 02 supert is about $650 for a good deal.

Could we do lots of sessioning stuff? It's hard to ride with my camera, and I need to take it off before I attempt any riding, but I'd like to shoot some more film too. If we stop at things and take a few runs each, then I can do some riding, then get out the cam and shoot a few shots, then we can move on?

Maybe Tool can actually take his camera out of his pocket (!) more than once! :eek: ;)

Coming over the last of the jumps leading to Goats (the jump over the log) Jay's dog was in the landing. Dave came up and yelled dog, and it obligingly moved closer to him (or rather where he was going to land). He gapped over it, then it ran toward his landing spot and just barely made it under his rear tire before it hit. Like seriously no more than an inch.

I hit the shed today with my buddy and at the bottom of 6 seconds after the drop theres that bridge crossing the water, well he missed the bridge and nailed the trees going uber fast. He may have fractured or broken his wrist. The ring god on his team dh was allmost at a 45 degree angle along with the sprocket. So best of luck to him :fix: :S

cept for when I called for Ron to wait up... he knew I was behind him dying and he purposely got on his bike and rode away and left me to die

O ya also apparently the guy who asked us if we had a wrench (riding a kona hardtail, blue shirt..there was also a girl and another guy) had took a bad fall on gravity bowl..like his back wheel skidded out or something and he got launched into a jagged broken tree and it impaled his face through his cheek (luckily not his eye) and I heard it was pretty bad.. hope the guy has a quick recovery..Shite like that could've been prevented if he was wearing a fullface too....!!WEAR A FULLFACE!!

aaannnyways yeah I don't think I can make it out next week plus I'm probably going rigid fork for a while until full whistler season(:D) but hopefully i can go some weekend in the near future cause that ride was a blast! Can't wait to see them pics.>!

I'm pretty sure the guy you talked to is a guy from my work. I talked to him yesterday and he said it was pretty ugly. The guy had a huge sliver of wood stuck in his cheek:eek: :eek: :eek: but his eye and lips were all ok so he will probably just end up with a nasty scar and no real permanent damage. We can hope anyway.

I nose manualed into that same tree one day :D Thankfully I was going really slow by the time I hit or it coulda hurt bad. I was going slow and wobbly on the drop and should have stopped but decided to hit it anyway.... landed all sketch and headed straight for that tree with the brakes on and the back wheel high:D I wish I had iot on film cuz it probably looked hilarius. Jk :D . I had an awesome day at the shed Sunday. I discovered that Mr. Twister has a hole bunch of new stuff. It's built perfectly. I rode around half the time and I also put hole bunch of new rungs on Stairway. Awesome wheather too. Until this coming Sunday maybe friday too :eek: . If anyone wants to help that would be excellent. :cool:

I dug in a bunch of stairs in the bank on the side of 6 seconds so when your climbing up from the step up make sure you stomp on them really hard for a while until they get nicely packed down:) I hope they hold up cuz it will make the hike up soooo much easier when it's wet;) I think I may do some more all the way to the first drop for anyone who wants to walk up. ( hikers maybe as well as bikers )

I never mentionned anyone. It's just i'm tierd of hearing everyone complain so much. I never said that Dave should fix it, there are many other bikers that can do stuff. They're not helpless and that includes u too. And Erik, if you do build something, don't do your half-assed job of just 1 2 3 you gotta build it pretty much the hardest way possible so that way it'll last. ;) :P

Sunday sounds good. I should have the day clear (no more having to boot it from the bottom to the top to make it out in time!).

The question is do I bring the camera. I want to get some shots of some of the easier stuff that doesn't usually get shot (some bender stuff for one), as well as many other trails I don't have shots of. However, I'm truely scared to ride with my camera, as I don't really have the money to fix it if I fall on it. Thus I need to be able to stop and session stuff.

Would that work for people? A sort of slow movement through everything, sessioning even if you can already do it (like try wheelying or manualing the whole stunt if you can ride it easily?).

Or should I leave it behind and make this just a normal ride?

The starting is now totally "Rocked". I added a berm so you can get onto the skinny easier, I still need to add a few more peices onto the berm cause in the middle it is a bit too steep. Till Sunday maybe even Saturday after work. :D

Had a great day at the shed today. There's split cedar all the way till the top only the down part still has fencing. I also lowered the berm a bit. Thanks to Ray and a guy on a P3 with a small dog all this was possible. Thank you. Till next Sunday. :D :cool: :evil:
