Title says most of it. It was jacked from Hillside Mall in Victoria on Sunday October 1 between 12pm-3pm. Other parts are:
Its a 16" frame, and is about a month old so it's still shinny
Single track front wheel w/ 20mm hub
LX rear der.
Both rims are black
as a mount for a light on the bar
