So today i was bored went to the skate park and decided i wanted to learn how to grind some small flat rails.

how should i lock onto the grind?
what part of my bike should be on the trail to prevent TOO much damage to my bike?

Cus needless to say it didnt end out to well today haha
started getting into it then i got nuttered prety bad



oh and just so i dont get hit by the mods
heres an OLD video of eagle mountain (last year) Not to bad i dont th ink for an older video

You can grind on pedals, but that's kind of weak. You should just buy a BMX for street/park, it feels a little weird at first, but once you get used to it, it's so much more fun.

the first question is which foot forward are you and what side of the bike you are grinding on

for example i grind on the left side with my left crank forwards so im sliding on the pedal and crank with my front wheel on the rail or what ever you are grinding ........ but evry one does it different

you dont even have a bmx and why is it weak to grind on the peddals bmxers do it too
