Thought I'd give you lot the heads up in case you're planning any evening missions:

"The Bike Park is now closing one hour earlier to accomodate patrol doing sweeps in daylight. Starting Aug 21, Garbo will close (last upload will be) at 6:30 and Fitz's last upload will be at 7:30pm."

Oh wait, the Shore is still open and so is Squamish... no need to be sad.

oh p.s please dont moan at lifties when garbo is not open, its invariable not our problem (patrol or maint) and nothing you can say will persuade us to let you on the lift.

garbo should start at approx 11am on weekends and 11:30am on weekdays.

oh and while im at it, there is NO downloading on fitz until the gondola closes at 5:30pm

Oh yes there is...The invasion of the Whistler Hordes is almost set to start...oh well summer on the Shore was good while it lasted.

and as of september 4th extended play will be over and the fitz will close at 5pm and garbo at 4,

I was almost sad that summer was ending. Until I realized this meant that winter is coming! I miss snow so much.

I'm getting as much riding as I can in the next two weeks. Driving up today at noon was nuts. What the hell is going on up here this wknd ? Hwy was full of tourists !
