These are all parts that our 150lbs friend ATB has deemed not rideable unless used on XC trails.

All these so called high end parts fell victim to this list in only 1 year by one rider.

im amazed. You truly must have been cursed by a witch doctor when you were a baby. Im pretty sure all mountain bike parts were designed to be used with the average 185lb male in mind.

Thats insane!!!!!

Dear God, that's insane.

How is he wrecking the brakes? Damage from overheating? Crash damage shouldn't count.

the hope brakes just need a blead, there still amazing.

the mojo kit was defective. but it was still amazing when it worked.

the float air shock broke 3 times, somthing about landing sideways and 360's.

i think the crank bro's pedals could use a rebuild, i just cant get the plastic caps of the end.

and you forgot about the stance flow, and the kingpin.

are eny bike companies looking for a new R&D rider.

All I remember from hopping around on his DHR was that it was possibly undersprung, that could cause some problems.
Apart from that:
*cough* Learn to ride *cough* (Says the guy who's been on the injured list all summer from crashing on flat ground) :)

no doubt, running shiz under-sprung is the fastest way to kill it ...

atb

the 40 has been a little over sprung for me, i only got like .5" of sag. the rear end was sprung corectly, and i got the right amount of sag.

I've been running my Mojo Boxxcart kit for a few months now and I love it. You had a bad seal.

it was the o-ring seat, for the main seal. the o-ring would keep poping out. mojo had parts on the way to fix my kit, but then my bike got stolen.

You should simplify that list to:

Manitou
Hayes

and then remove the clause about being over 150 lbs.

Then attribute the Fox and Marzocchi problems to bad luck...

I always heard that Fox Front forks had a problem with the seals. I just blew the front seals of my trusty 2004 Super T Pro... having ridden it two years... numerous times in Whistler... that speaks volumes.

Zero maintenance on that bad boy as well. Although I gather I could have used some maint.

Oh well!

Sorry to hear you had so many problems!

All the MTB parts are shuttering after reading the carnage inflicted on these parts... holy man!

You are going to go broke in no time replacing all these things!

Funny we should mention the old one's. Cracked my fork crown on my 200 z5 Flylight Air. Looking to get my hands on an old Z1 if I can find one to replace the whole thing.
