Ok, spank me if this shoul be in the buy and sell section...but...
I'm going in three weeks, I have a 02 bullit for sale and I was thinking
of bringing it and trying to sell it while I'm there. My wife could ride it
until/if it sells. The benefit is it'll pack easier than her sx.
Let me know if you think it's a goo/bad idea.
Mods, if you think it belongs in b/s move it please.

I think that you will get a far lower price for it in Whistler than you will outside of Whistler/Vancouver. Think of how many bling rides there are for sale in Whistler at any given time.
If you're packing a bike there and back anyways though, it would be worth the shot. You'll need to drop the price bigtime, you'd probably get more hits from the Buy/sell here than in Whistler with a sign though.

Thanks keefer, I guess I'll keep it here and tell her to take the sx, I
think she'll have more fun with that than the bullit.

Not wanting to brake any rule by trying to sell my bike in the wrong forum.
but...:shhh: look down
I never posted on the b&s because I figured I'm here on Kauai and most of
you all aren't. I'd take a bit of a hit if my wife could ride it till we leave.
We'll be there 1 sept-10 sept, she's a green/blue kind of girl.
[stirs pot]Although I hear you can just roll a-line so maybe she should try
that...

why don't you post it now , with your upcoming travel plans included . . .
it just might be that you'll be saving someone shipping by bringing it over anyway . . . . .see what kind of interest you get before you decide which bike to bring .
but like keefer said , the market here is FLOODED , so it either has to be very special , or very cheap , and preferably both if you really want to sell it . . . .
good luck and have fun while you are here .
ps . the SX will probably be a better bike for all the other riding you are going to do outside the park . . . .

i disagree...whistler is one of the best spots to sell stuff. chain it up with a sign on it.......yes.. you may get a little less up there-but you may sell it very quicky as well..., just keep an eye on it at all times. good luck
