Hi guys i've been running on the boxxer 06 race...mine feels great and has saved me from many undesirable situations...but i would like to go for a change and feel for myself how do the boxxer world cups really feel...Should i go straight for the boxxer wc 06 or wait for the 07s..i am thinking that the 07 would be significantly better...if so when would be the 07 boxxers be up for sales?i've seen the fox 07 range up for sale and the marz range too but no news from rockshox other than the totems and some other fr forks from em......i can pick up one new boxxer wc 06 from my lbs at a great price but am afraid the 07 would disappoint my decission..do drop me ur comments...ur help is greatly appreciated...

as far as I've heard the Boxxers have stayed the same for 07.

I am tempted to say wait. There have been some issues with 2006 Boxxers (WC included). They may have been isolated to one production run of problematic forks, but nevertheless it would make me think twice if I were in the market for an 8" fork again. The biggest fear would be that (if you didn't keep your Boxxer Race as a spare fork) you could end up having to send your WC away for a warrantee issue and then be stuck unable to ride your bike because it would be fork-less as result of a defect. Unfortunately, I am in this situation right now and it is not nice, I don't want to think of how agonizing it would be if I didn't have access to another bike, I might have gone crazy by now...
