We have a winner.

This was by far the most difficult choice we've had to make yet.

The final four were:
1) Ian Nelson
2) Leroy Chase
3) Benton Hennig
4) Jesse Meerkerk

Any one of these riders - and in fact any one of the twelve - would have made a huge impact on our team. Unfortunately there can only be one and that one is Benton Hennig.

More later.

Thanks to all twelve riders - they are ON it without a doubt.

Congrats to Ben!

I only saw the octopus launch, but I could see how it would be hard to only pick one new team member. Super solid riders all around!

I saw him doing his corkscew flips at a redbull dirt jam in westbank. What impressed me the most about him is he a few hard falls that most people would call it a day. But he got up and hit it till he nailed it. Impressive!

Yep, he ended up cork flipping the 'toilet bowl' by his 4th or 5th try. And he did this on a close to 50lb RMX.

I can hardly wait to see what he can do with a Specialized SX built for slope style.

Very impressive to witness him shrug off the naysayers and focus on what he wanted to do under. He also bounced back up from some good smacks on the dirt. Building timber frame houses must keep him strong.

Benton was one of the most low key guys in the Airprentice and also one of the most hungry.
