If you are looking for the goods, then Smoke is your guy:

If Smoke is booked, or you need a riding tune-up to go with, you can hook up wtih EB:

There are many board members and locals that will jump on the opportunity to take you for a rip too. Really, you just gotta show up and be keen to ride and things will fall into place.

I've only done Silverstar the once, and that was nearly enough. I think if you're doing Whistler for 3 days, heading all the way to SilverStar might be a bit of a let down. Not sure about your level of riding, but there are like 6 black runs at SilverStar, while the rest of the blue seem much too easy for a decent rider.
Just my opinion of course.

I've met some UK guys who have been with TicketToRideBC.com or something like that, and I frequently see their trucks in town. I think they do shore days too.
Turns out they're mainly based in Whistler, and ride Pemby and Squamish. Their site doesn't say anything about the shore, so maybe i'd give them a pass.
Contact this person. I'm sure he'd love to show you guys around.
