Hey All:
I just finished the main feature of this DVD (West Coast Style - Freeride Fundamentals) and I have to say it was really good. Kind of blends into my other thread about females in MTB vids. This one was cool - The instructors were women.
Anyway, I highly recommend it for someone who is starting out or even someone who has started and want to reinforce. And I know a lot of guys usually hit the forums to ask advice about starting the GF on riding...This would be a good gift. We like gifts.
I gotta go watch the special features!
Later!

That the wives or girlfriends like, gifts that is. Yesterday gave Joely her first bit of bike gear, a stem pad from Beast Gear. Who knows what she will get next.
Just a thought, could one have a gift registry at a bike shop? Wouldn't have to buy much bike stuff after.:P

If you liked the video, check out the website. Joan offers (or used to offer) private lessons. I spent a day riding with her on the SSC, she's truly a great rider, instructor, and all around fun person to ride with.

Our shop has a gift registry!
I was joking. I didn't think it was a reality.
For future reference which shop? I may need it.
