Quite possible. Shirk and my wife have been riding early once a week for a couple weeks now, and I joined them this week. It's really nice being the only one on the hill Date is random, but we can plan ahead.
I need to be at work in Burnaby by 8:30 (leaving the mountain by 7:45).
When I work downtown I find that I can leave early beat the traffic get an hour and a half ride in and be in the office at 8:00. I plan to do it once or twice a week.

Anything you can ride in an hour and a half. We did CBC down to the bottom this morning. Don't forget to factor in time to chase the car.

Wow, the virus is spreading... I might even start contemplating joining you guys. It porbably wouldn't be that hard, since thanks to the sun & Shirk's alarm (3 X this morning  ), I've been awake by 4:45 am anyways...
I guess I also need to get back to pre-gimp-week speed too, so you guys can arrive at work in time...

That has just convinced me, I think I'm in for next week !
Tuesday Im in for sure if that works for folks. I ride after work on tuesdays as well so somthing fairly mellow suits me but im pretty easy. Fromme or Seymour work best from a time standpoint. Ride up to Ladies / lowerladies /skull or Climb old buck to Cbuster would be my favorite choices. If tis a shuttle, anything would be fine

Hey Brian and stinky rider7, I have to get a new chain (bent it) and fix/replace my seat (metal bar pulled out of the plastic) but I would be up for some Eagle, Seymour or Cypress, around 6:30am on wednesday morning, or Fromme for 6am, just need to clear it with my wife and be home by 9 at the latest. And I would rather not Fromme unless you want to walk the whole way up, my knee is still gimped and pedalling irritates it after a while.

Unfortunately, the yellow submarine needs my help...I'll be at work by 6am for the rest of the week...I wish I was riding!
Have fun!
