im very sad and irritated right now that I have to send my p.3 cranks off to truvativ in coquitalem for warranty work. I don't think ill be able to live without riding my hardtail. Does anyone here have experience with the length of time it usually takes for truvativ to ship a product back. Summer just started and im hoping it won't be more than two weeks. I live in north van so its pretty close

Did you try to take your pedals out and pull the sleeves out with them?

not really sure what the sleeves are...but I took the pedal of the crank then slid the pedal of the axel and packed it with grease. My LBS also tried to fix em. Do you have any other suggestion that may work???
thanks steve

when I pulled the inserts out by accident truvativ sent me a new crankset no questions asked and didn't even care if I sent in the old ones. I just sent them an email saying what happened, they said whats your address, and a week later I have new cranks. Hardest part was getting the inserts off the pedals
Awesome service

I had the inserts come out on my 04 Hussefelts. I just used threadlock to keep them in. I have this problem whenever i replace my pedals. Is this what is happening to you?

I found it its really easy to score a brand new set of cranks of truvative, they even let me keep the old cranks...I was amazed
