Got my DHX back yesterday. 2 week turn-around with shipping, parts and labour came up to $175. I was totally straight up with them and told them I bought the frame from someone who got a bro-deal from SantaCruz so I have no original sales receipt. Their order slip even states that I am not really covered under warranty, but they didn't charge me a dime, not even for the return shipping. Great service, always helpful on the phone and 1 very appreciative customer - Thanks!
