Clone of the rim, anyways...
The carbon part looks like it is for aero purposes only, not structural. Is this the same design as a Cosmic Carbone rim? There are no Cosmic Carbone listed in the Weight Weenies rim section, so I'm just guessing at the weight.
I have heard the carbon part of the Cosmic Carbone is not structural, or barely structural - unlike a Zipp 303 or 404 all-carbon rim for example. I'm wary of carbon brake track surfaces!
