just wondering if anyone knows of a car rental office in Whistler?

Trying to figure out some logistics for my trip, from here in California, but can't seem to find my answer anywhere else...meaning phone or internet.

Any and all help is appreciated,

Yea, Avis is in the Cascade Lodge. The Marriott is way up a hill and a pain to get to, so I'd go to Avis. Right in the village, corner of Northlands and Village Gate.

anyone know if it's possible for me to rent a car? i'm 20 years old currently.. and will hopefully be making my way to b.c for 2 weeks in july

You may have to pay a surcharge for being under 25.

It woudln't make sense for you to rent a car to come out here (if you coming from ON) because free KMs only go to neighboring provinces in my experience. So you'd pay a tonne.

It's probably cheaper to buy a plane ticket.

i had planned to fly out there.. but rent a car while in whistler as the person i will be staying with, doesn't drive. i had hoped on hitting up some skateparks in van but also riding the mountain in whistler and surrounding area (alot to do in a week, yes i know.. haha) after my week in whistler i had planned on getting back on a plane and flying to kelowna to stay with another friend for a week. (he has a car) then flying home. just wanted some wheels for the first week i was out there. might not happen but was just curious because i had seen on most website that the minimum age to rent a car was 21 (i'll turn 21 in august) but my vacation time is now.

the minimum age is 21 and theres a 25 $ sur charge
i know this because pops works in the industry and i get shafted all the time
