Women In Bike Vids

I posted this on MTBR and I wanted to ask here too...

I just watched ROAM and it was awesome, but it made me start thinking about why there wasn't any women in it. I mean, maybe not during the big road gap shots and all that, but I've seen some women go pleanty big and rip up singletrack.
Any ideas/thought? Any vids that I'm missing in my collection with some of that?

my opinion are 1) a lot of men have trouble accepting that there are woman out there that are better riders so they look past the good riders.2)most woman that i know that are great riders are not all that interested in being in videos.3)The biggest reason though is marketing filmers sell 99.5% of there videos to males.Check out old NSX videos for good old school video of Clair.Back in the sattle again has short footage of Jenelle and Danika,and i think its the older NWD videos that have Anne Caroline footage.Rise has katrina hitting some gaps also.

Ya there have been some great films featuring women's segments.
Back in the Saddle featured some women, Rise, Kranked 1-3 I think, NWD 2 and 3, to name a few.

There is one vid from a few years ago with a whole segment dedicated to women riders: it has at least 5 girls in the segment and it is a scene from Utah I think. They end the clip with a bonfire and flaming bullet bras... comical. Can't remember which vid, cuz I have a few in my collection.
Get your hands on another vid, Dirt Divas, which is obviously all women. I lent mine to Cecile Gambin a couple of years back and the brat never gave it back :)
Oh, by the way, she is my Ontario hero...

In a lot of DH video's I have seen a lot of female riders ripping the single track. I had a hole bunch of vid's on my computer but they all got deleted when I had a major reboot, or else I would name some. But I know Kranked did. Maybe Earthed. Damn I wish I could remember more.

that was k3 and they used the music from that german movie run lola run..I always liked that segment..
