Just for fun. ANyone can enter - big bike, small bike, purple bike, black bikes. Young and old.

If you did a Ripper then you're already insured and its just $ 2 bucks. Lots of swag gets doled out.

If you were in the SPOKE high school series - you're insured and its $ 2 bucks.

Cya there!

Next toonie race:

I doubt it since the no parking signs are still there. You can park further up Riverside though but just not at the junction.

you could also park at Riverside and Dollarton. There's a few spots on the street next to the Esso. and a few in the lot behind it.

39 people showed up! Some Scotsman came in first in 29 minutes just beating David Kvick.

I came in 40 minutes. Went from one eye to no eyes in the last downhill due to taking an illtimed glob of mud in the eye./

Heaviest bike was a little ol' Brodie Awl - where's all the heavy bike types?? Come on - you guys want to get fit don't you?

Nice job, Lee. I thought that Bridle Path ended at the Hyannis trail so I'm a bit confused that this loop included BP.

Did you climb the switch back route to the power line (with stairs) or the way that goes up the gravel path which used to have a board walk?

The latter - which is actually Fishermans and not Bridle path. Sorry

Hey Lee, I don't get your graph:

I guess the blue line is elevation, and the red one the red one is??? But I can't believe you topped out at 225 bpm, or that your HR dropped as you lost altitude? Huh? Unless the blue line is speed, but then you hit 85 km/h somewhere? I don't get it...

speed is blue topping out at around 32 km/h and red is altitude
