Location?

Hey, I live in Salmon Arm (Shuwswap area) which is about 45min. North of Vernon or an hour away from Kamlops and I was wondering where would be a good place to ride (a mountain) I've been thinkin about Silverstar but my friend said they don't have "skinny" drops bigger than 2ft and then I though about Kicking Horse but it's 3 hours away. So I've come to you guys asking where is a good nearby resort that isn't too far away or dosn't cost more than $30 for the day. Links would also be greatly appreciated!:D

i think any mountian you go to with a chairlift will cost you 30 dollars a day. the only way u get to ride for free is the old fashioned way...ride up!

try to find somebody that lives in the area and get them to show u around...thats my advice. or move down ehre to vancouver and get all the free freeriding you can handle

sun peaks is only two hours through the backroad. if you dont know that route, i'd be willing to meet you in chase and show you the way. its pretty straight forward.
