Hey Ladies and Gents,
It is that time of the year again for the bigger and badder North Shore Cycling Gear Swap. There is still room for more volunteers at this years event.
We will need volunteers to help with:
Drop-Off & Pricing
Description: Biking gear and merchandise will be dropped off for sale, and the items need to be priced, tagged and organized for sale.
Thursday May 4th - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Friday May 5th - 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday May 6th - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday May 7th - 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Gear Swap Set-Up & Organization
Description: Preparation of the event area including fencing, tents, and moving tables and chairs.
Saturday May 6th - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday May 7th - 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Gear Swap Set-Up & Organization
Description: Gear priced for sale needs to be organized and set-up in the parking lot where the Gear Swap will occur.
Sunday May 7th - 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
General Event Assistance
Description: Assist event organizers with miscellaneous jobs to ensure a successful event.
Sunday May 7th - 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Clean-Up
Description: A fresh Clean-Up Crew is needed to disassemble the event area.
Sunday May 7th - 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Note: Knowledge of bikes and equipment required for pricing gear at the Gear Swap

You will be able to register your gear with the $2 item fee waived! Gear Swap volunteers will be given the opportunity to purchase one hard good and one soft good on Sunday May 7th prior to opening the swap to the public. Recieve some good carma points for helping the biking comunity.
