Being there are so many flatty pictures in this section, I'm curious how other people keep their feet to do them in terms of position. I can throw pretty good whips/tables but I want to get them flat and I have a feeling I'm doing something wrong with my legs/feet.

lean forward as much as you can. and stick your elbows out as far as they go. make sure your legs look like you are riding a fat horse.

u bascily use ur arms and jsut let ur legs go with the flow. if ur wheels are gonna be kicking out to the rigth side, u manely use ur rigth hand. twist it and pull/push up and use ur left hand to push down and over

Hm alright so mainly use arms? I was under the impression you used your feet to pull the bike up also but idk.

well put,but I just try and tuck my arm into my opposite armpit. You gotta twist your wrist abit, but most people are different, just keep trying.

Don't you need your legs to bring up the bike???

pretty much try to push ur bar as far as u can under your other arm, relax ur legs and try to get ur knee over ur top tube, the flatter u get ur feet will probably start to slide off the pedals...thats good, just means ur gettin er flat!
yah, i used to be all in the arms, but once you get the legs going its much easier. you really want to tuck the bike with your legs, and yes try to pull them up, kind of awkward when you think about it, but once you got it it just flows together.

Honestly though, even though this is all right you cant just go out and remember this and do flat tables. All it is is practice. You just keep progressing by doing it often. Nothing else is going to help you.

shift your foot onto your crank. slam your knee into your frame. just do that over and over again. use your legs and not your arms.

rotate your feet on your pedals a bit (so they will be facing more towards the ground when your bike is flat) then bend your legs up towards your ass and rotate your top wrist

I know I can't learn how to do tables on the internet, thats why I have been practicing them for the past few days...I'm just trying to figure out how to get the bike flatter.

lets simmer down boyz, quit stealing the threads purpose.
i don't exactly have flatties dialed but a great way to learn is look at kyle straight.
i can't exactly comment on foot position, but when it feels right you should just be able to fold up and bring it in with a little arm and leg strength.

go find that guy named ross measures and ask him if you can borrow his talent for a while. his tables are the bestest and biggestest

Alright I have been working on them a lot the past few days. I ride with my right foot forwards and have been tabling to the left and have had better luck because the rear wheel doesn't go out as much (landing sideways). I'm curious how long did it take most people to go from like crappy tweaks, to getting down full tables? BTW is it weird to table to the left with my right foot forward? I find I whip better to the right, and table better to the left. Thanks.

bow your legs as much as possible to make it bigger and throw the bike to the side really fast

turrrn your hips sideways, you'll notice your feet change direction and your knee will be sitting against your top tube......then do that off a 20 foot step down hip and cack it for all she's worth.
