I'm looking at new tires for spring and summer for downhill and freeride not much uphill. I saw the sycross BHT HD and LW tires. Anyone using them?

The downhill (LW) specific are alot lighter but don't have some of the other HD qualities. What would be better, will the LW hold up as well as the HD with flats? Also what sizes do you recommed?
I'm running BHT HD's (2.7 up front 2.5 in the back). I've been running them since December and am quite happy with them so far. I've run them below 20 psi with no flats.

running a BHT Stick-It 2.5" on the front, really like it, grippy, tough yet a little lighter than the Kenda Stick-E that came on my bike
bit like Maxxis tires in that they come up a bit smaller than stated, the 2.5" is more like 2.3" or 2.4", maybe i try the 2.7" next time to get a true 2.5" width?
gonna get another pair of BHTs Stick_it tires , they are really cheap in UK at moment (GBP £15) as one of the big bike shops chains bought out the whole lot and blowing them out
I was looking at the kevlar bead version, but perhaps a little too light (I like a bit of weight in tires to keep bike stable in air) and the compound is different to the wire version i got now

2.7 up front...the flowriders dropped off some at the swap, but Everett is a little far.
They try to be like the Comp 32 Mich 2.8, and are almost as good; mine are on a double-wide rim and have a nice profile and also good tackiness.
