I can't seem to get ahold of them over the course of the last 2 months. Whereas I was immediately replied to just 6 months ago.
Are they moving back in, changing partners, etc.? Cause they have some kick ass customer service and the likelihood of them offering bad customer service is nearly impossible.

Do they not have a number you can call?

What email address are you sending to?
A few guys have moved on, you might be emailing a dead address.
Have you tried calling? Phoning any business is an easier method of getting in touch with somebody than email.
Not everyone treats email like a phone or voicemail...Which is hard for people like us (who spend a lot of time on computers) to understand, but its the truth.

Thanks.

Yes im not the only one with this condition back on the topic in hand Raceface id presume will be fine they wouldnt go out of business without something on their website but if you cant reach them by the trusted email you will have to inevitably turn to the evil phone.

They have been really bad about getting back to customers lately.
I sent and E-Mail to them months ago and got no reply, then sent another and called them to no reply.
I finally got a hold of some one there and he basicly told me to go fly a kite.
Really pour service from them.
I heard they where moving the maj. of there manufacturing overseas and as such layed off a good portion of their staff.

I can verify that that is 100% false.

Went over to Braid, with some mushroomed sqare-taper LP cranks, not ony did they give me Shores for such a low price they were excessively nice and gave me a shop tour. Incidentally, now my Shores are mushroomed and the DH BB spindle is bent so hopefully Diabolus here I come.

Well I've been there before. But I just don't want to show up on the front steps uninvited so to speak. Which is why I need to contact someone to let them know ahead of time that some kid, who won't ask for stickers, is going to drop by.

Please don't. Don't abuse this priviledge unless you actually need to warranty/do something there.
Cause they actually work there, not as tour guides. And most of the manufacturing is done in shop and it's not overly appealing to have kids running around CNC machines as the RF guys are machining a chainring out.
well a week or so ago i had to make some parts for raceface at work. so thay are still in bussnes, and still making parts here in canada.
