I am going up there for a baby shower in a couple of weeks and I am hoping to get a ride in up there - any info would be most appreciated!!!

Kamloops has lots of fun trails to ride, or you can go to the dirt jump park, and get your jump on. Rose hill is fun and fast, and pretty dry already.

Even though this is a ladies only thread, thought I'd put in my 2 cents since it is about helping people in Kamloops. Follow Cheryl's advice, bring bike. But maybe stop off at Bicycle Cafe and talk to her or others; yourself. It is at the base of Rose Hill, and they all are very helpful and informative, you should have no problem getting guided in the proper direction or even hooking up with people to shuttle with....

I am gonna come down and ride Easter weekend - we are still weeks away from being able to ride the trails up here - (I went and walked a few different places this weekend) - this time of year is tough - I ride in the winter - but spring is a muddy mess...

Cheryl is indeed an awesome person in Kamloops. My wife and I were in the Bicycle Cafe this weekend (while visiting the folks) and within minutes she was helping us with information about conditions and where to ride.
Shops like the B.C. are what is right with the MTB community. Thanks again Cheryl.
