Just a big thanks to the Cam and his crew for going through the trouble of making sure the contest was fair a second week in a row, despite all the crap he took from some users on here. It's nice to know that someones listening to the contestants concerns and opinions. I think i'm not alone when I say thanks, not only for putting together an amazing contest, but for keeping it real aswell.

Thank you NSMB as well. I knew you guys could pull through and in the end everyone be civil about it. That is what makes this place I think we have some really knowledgable people both with board members and admin, and them working together I think makes this place one of the best to visit and enjoy. I know it's not easy to swallow your pride and reverse decisions.....but I definitely think you're making the right ones....I've talked to a whack of people who were going to enter until they saw who was winning, and were discouraged about what the contest was becoming....this should alieviate many of those concerns.....I'd also say it's up to the submitters to police themselves, show some self respect, you know whether you're a pro or not, even if it isn't your primary source of income........we all know what the spirit of this contest is supposed to be........good work nsmb gang, I don't envy your position at all! :)

This was not an easy decision to make - and it sucks for Martin who was just trying to show the world his shots. Contests only exist within rules so any suggestion that he was wrong or unsportsmanlike to enter are misguided in my opinion. He's a good dude and has been very sporting about the whole thing.

I'm sure there will be more chit stirred up from here on in to keep things lively so don't worry about the board slowing down.

Thanks to those of you with some faith and patience - and to everyone for getting fired up about our little contest. That has to be a good sign.

I know that Cam appreciates the support, folks. This is his baby, he's busted his ass to make it work, and put up with a lot of 'feedback'. ;)

This contest is supposed to be fun, and about our collective love for riding bikes. So go out there and capturing the energy and excitement you get from riding bikes, or watching people ride bikes, on film.

If your photo is chosen, cool. If not, just sit back and enjoy pictures. I know that they make me want to get out and ride. Hopefully they'll do the same thing for you.
