Yes it is the Great Tomac. Back when he was riding road (for 7-11 I think), he wanted his MTB to have the same position, so that he didn't have to get used to a whole new feel. Needless to say, after a few sketchy moments during the season, he switched to a regular MTB set up.

If anyone else has any more info, please share!
