..im no expert on panning, but if you use flash, it Freezes the subject while leaving you with that nice background, i dont know if there is anytruth to this, but i seem to think it works..

You would see a little diffrent colour, and you would see the lights trailing from the front(if you were usinga first curtain). Also the subject is t oo far away from the flash to take effect.

All I needed to do was turn the ISO up.

heh, I actually took them on broadway and fraser, but they should brign some intresting results when i go biking sometimes soon.
