I lost my rather large Konas and my kid's mtb last night. I didn't notice that my steel door didn't have the hinges reinforced - whoops. They're a bit odd since they are the largect stock bikes made by Kona and have non-standard parts:

- silver and blck cranks on the 05 22" Hoss Deelux.
- 20mm all black lowers on the 04 20" Stinky (9mm was standard).

Any help would be rewarded in some sort of big way.

04 Kona Stinky 20"
- orange and black
- nonstandard 20mm front axle
- alex dx 32 front rim / mithras tank hub
- no stickers on lowers - all black
- ser no h4b00858

1656

05 Kona Hoss Deluze 22"
- ser no F502Y21598
- blue
- paint rubbed on steer tube
- blue elect tape over it
- drive side crank black, other silver

1657

03 Trek MT60
- kids 20" wheels
- white and silver
- ser no AS3L0499

1658

That's brutal, man... will your house insurance cover it if they aren't recovered?

Tip, Don't post the serial numbers. That way you can prove it's yours.

All it takes is one non registered viewer here and you can fill in the rest.

I hope you get them back.

my bike was stolen from the 16th and fraser area a couple months back but recovered in a couple days , because i put up some reward posters, i mean i probably paid the guy that stole my bike but i got it back quickly and without hassle of insurance , which i doubt will cover this. my suggestion is put up the some reward posters and if the anyone calls who sounds shady call the cops and you might get get your bikes back without even riving up the reward best of luck dave

Thanks guys. I have the sales reciepts with the ser nos, but I didn't have to post them. My nieghbour told me about a friend of his who used the reward poster and actually caught the guys who stole it. I'll give it a try.

shitty to hear, seems like lots getting uped these days. I thought about the reward thing but I don't think i could actually pay someone that i'm pretty sure stole it in the first place. Although if you don't have insurance it's probably your best bet.

There are many ways to pay a thief.
Good luck on getting the bikes back. I will keep my eyes out.

Check the local pawn shops, some stolen bikes are sold in these.
Shitty deal, I'll keep my eyes peeled for sure;)
