Copy and paste the link from the address bar. Yeah i know but i cant copy anything into nsmb reply boxes. And the tank if you didnt know was for the air shifting and thats what i meant the gearing costs about as much as the bike from what i have heard about air shifting systems.
i guess i could see air shifting being crisp, but it looks uber complicated, and the tank looks like it would get in the way. IFO-no sale =)

dont diss the air system until you ride it... it saves weight and unlike cables doesn't stretch.....not mention though that it costs a small fortune to buy.

highlight the address, hit Ctrl+C and that copys the address
Put your cursor in the reply box here at NSMB and hit Ctrl+V and that should paste it
Thas is of course for windows. I know nothing of macs.
I have heard from my LBS that the airlines work VERY well but were not worth the massive amount of $$.

Airlines might work nice and all, but I'll stick to my cables before I slap a scuba tank on my ride...

id love to try it but the cost prohibetely expensive and im not sure i would want something like that on a bike which is going to be taking some serious abuse.

"Hey guys wait up, I have to pump up my air tank."
What a joke.

I suppose it does however have adavtages of cleaner and crisper shifting shifting And a more reliable gearing in the sense of no cable stretch i think it could be introduced in a more freeride freindly form with a cheper price tag amd it would sell well (shimano take note, saint air) .

Airlines was retarded expensive when it came out, as it was all made in-house by Shimano's skunkworks engineers in limited numbered editions.
I have an unused Airlines sitting in a box, waiting for a special project...
I've ridden it before over here, on somebody elses ride. The shifting was so unbelievably better than anything else I've ever ridden. Ended up scoring a boxed set (shifters, regulator, cassette, 2 tanks) for a price too good to pass. Proud owner of set # 0152!
I might have a line on one more set, and will pick it up if I can.

you could always put a smaller air cylinder on it if you could get one with the right connector.
