Inverted tabletops ("inverts") are when you table the bike so far that it's past being horizontally flat. Apparently (I wouldn't know) doing them is quite a bit different than a regular flat table. Example of an invert. (http://ridepark.free.fr/bmx/bmx-020.jpg)
