check out this link about a quarter of the way down it just mentions the kolapore lawsuit in one line as being withdrawn due to immense pressure. I wonder if this is for real because i have not heard anything for a long time.

Yes it's true - my bro told me about the lawsuit being dropped (he lives in ON). There was too much bad publicity coming from it and the firm the guy works for made him withdraw it.

i made a post about it and cam jumped all over it and put it onthe main page and helped out with the campain to try and stop this bullshit. seems it worked. I have heard a rumor that intrawest counter sued the guy because of their intrest in the area.
