Halfmoon Bay - The trails are up by Trout Lake off a trail opposite the side of the lake.
Roberts Creek - Up B&K Logging Road.
You'd probably be best picking up a trail map at On The Edge in Sechelt.
I live on the Coast, Add me on msn and when you're up we could ride.

I'd be willing to bet we get less rain than North Van

Well, i did some research just for fun, and cuz i am bored at work

Powell River Airport get an average annual rain fall of 1166 mm of rain

And Vancouver get 1117mm of rain, but i could not find specific information for the north shore which usually gets more rain than Vancouver proper. so i would say they are pretty dang close.

Also I will let you know as i may not bring my bike due to the rain and the fact that it is not supposed to stop for the next week.

But i will add you and try to stay in touch thanks for the offer

Sprokids and B&K are among my favs ....

Lotsa trails to ride, lots of variety- swoopy singletrack, fast DH runs, stunts, lungbuster climbs - here's the map at the entrance to of Sprokids park (would guess 50+ km of singletrack) :

Good signage too:
