I brought my camera today on a ride of Abyss and Triple Crown, so I could share with those who haven't been up, just what they're missing.

I give major props to the builders of the trail. You guys did a kickass job. The stunt building was topnotch, something not all the trails on Burke can boast, and the stunts were creative and unique - and most of all, fun as hell. I can't personally do any of the big drops, but I was able to ride every balance section today, which made me stoked :D

Here are the photos!!

And this drop down off the road.. is this the apocolapse drop? pretty freakin nutty.. same with that seemingly impossible balance line. Don't mind my jacked saddle, I was climbing at the time :)

nice, i was just riding up the hill and looked over and saw it - i dont think building it in view of the road was a bright idea, but the drop itself is sweet.. freakin BIG.. i wanna see someone do it.

Shit Burke has progressed alot since the old days!

Don't be surprised if one day you stumble upon another new stunt in the woods ...I think the WTA will be creating a crap load of new stuff over the next year for video purposes. ;)

Who built that new aybss trail?

Burke Phantoms built it..... and I also was contacted by guy named Tim V who was building it too. I'm not sure if they are the same guy.... but I can hook you up with tim's email if ya want (pm me).

Dylan was saying about the WTA scouting out some places for some cool stunts. That should be fun... hopefully i could at least see them before they are "taken away".
