Delta Watershed Motocross?

Trini-dad 72 and I went to the Shed Friday for a bit of a rip around and when it got dark, we were heading up towards home. In the truck, we saw a couple of guys going into the Shed by Pinewood Elementary on the motor bikes, looking like they wanted to rip up some motocross stuff (no headlights either!). Does this happen often? Is this allowed in the watershed? It seemed awfully wrong and might explain the crap conditions some of the trails are in (rutted out, etc)

From my knowledge, mx/dirt bikes are not allowed in there at all anymore but what can we do? Not much. I've only ever seen one dirt bike in there and it looked like an old 50cc mini that the guy was just bootin around on and that was in my lycra days (circa 96/97). There's nothing worth while in there for them to rip up so why they're in there is beyond me.

A couple of months ago I ran into a couple of guys roaring around on those pocket street bikes. No idea why you would be riding a street bike on the trails, but I guess they don't have any other place to ride them.

They sure do stink though, probably due to them being 2 strokes.

That sux, last time I was down the trails were in pimp condition. Guess that shows how much work Al had been doing in there.
