Cool pics but yes, some of them are somewhat hazy.
Is that an SLR and if yes, what was the speed on that? Once you go slower than 1/60th of a second you are going to have problems with sharpness.

They were shot on a Fuji fine pix S5000, so no not a SLR or DSLR camrea. the shutter had to be slow, at night, little or no lighting, didnt want to use flash..

Get a tripod if you're going to do somewhat long exposures.

Bring a tripod if you're going to shoot at night.
And if you're taking your pictures seriously, I'm going to tell you that they are almost all underexposed, motion blurred, and they do not have interesting composition.
Seriously, if you use rule of thirds, which is really basic, it'll probably help your pictures abit, and night shot must be long exposures, or else the viewer won't know what's going on.
Hopefully that helps you abit.

u dont needa tripod to use the rule of thirds. all the rule of thirds is the positioning of your focal point. pretend to divid ur picture into to evenly spaced lines going down the pic and to evenly divided lines going across the pic. where the lines would meet, 4 spots, are good choices to make the focal point, its really simple and makes the photos more interesting then just shooting in the middle.

almost all of those are out of focus or under exposed
