I rode a Dr. Jekll back in 2001, the older model without the adjustable dropouts. I used to ride my local woods (double jumps, 4X) and some light DH and lots of London street riding

I've never seen or heard of one braking anywhere in UK, yet its not stupid heavy like many DJ frames, its certainly a very small frame (12 inch seatube) and i found it a tiny bit small at times (i'm 5'10") but since then there is an XL version available with extra inch in top tube, seat tube which will fit a bigger rider better

my Girlfriend currently has the 2004 model in bright pink, with adjustable dropouts. she doesn't ride aggressive, just round the urban parks in London.

Its a shame we're not on your continent as she is selling it off cheap, she doesn't use it enough to keep it. The pink colour is rare, we waited months to get it !!

the later models seem to have a geometry change, the handling is much snappier than my 2001 model, she's found it a bit too twitcthy with a 4" Marzochci fork, an expert rider would love it though

well worth looking at

Right well i also live in the uk and they are really good strong not to heavy and very adjustable. Also extremely reasonable for what you are getting.
