favorite section or sections from a mtb movie

idont know about you, but my favorite section(s) from a mtb movie is the urban section and wades sections from nsx3
i still havent seen an mtb movie that beat the homegrown feel of wades section, and the urban is purely awesome

but my Fav. section remains the "team Qranc" section in the original Down film...
no video has surpassed its flow,music,editing, and of course riding.... its just plain goodness...

of course for funn, you gotta give the nod to the SuperZeros in CoTG, that section is timeless.....:D

And RTTH was an awesome piece. How many filmmakers are ripping the camera shots from that movie these days? Every one of them? That was a groundbreaking flick, for sure.

It's pretty old, yeah. I think it came out in 98 or maaybe 99. It's really not all that great, but the shandro section is just so good.

I Love shift. It's the last really good MTB vid that I can remember. I love how they have the shore section, and then the bit about the destruction of the trails and the "even if the trails get torn up, these guys will still be riding hard" or whatever the news person says, and then they fire up the Metallica and have the "urban" section... I love that movie. Simmons' section in that is just retarted. I remember watching that thing when it first came out, and pretty much crapping my pants every 5.9seconds...

Sprung 4 and 5 are sweet.
There is no Shore riding, but the jumps are sick and the Euro urban stuff is cool... also some guy on a bmx hits a 1/4pipe, and does a back flip to peg stall... I mean, wtf!?
There is also an interesting mini-documentary on Brian Lopes about DH racing on the SPRUNG 5 dvd.
Also, NWD I, II, and III are great. THe first section of NWDII with the drop ramps was huge! Plus, I laugh every time I see that mental patient Bender try and dead-sailor off stuff. I don't want to see him get hurt or anything, but it's hella funny when he explodes the landings off Jaw Drop in NWD I and II.
NSX vids are cool too, except the ending to NSX 6 where Wade breaks his leg. That kinda ended the film on a downer.:eek:
I like to watch these vids in the winter while running on the treadmill or exercise bike. Not much winter riding where I live.

The only thing I am tired of is that dude on the unicycle. What's the deal with that anyway?
