Was up in Whistler yesturday watching the Crankworkx events going down. We were watching the beginning of an afternoon flowshow when one of the riders, Mike something (didn't catch his last name) either tried to do a no hander or no hander lander onto a 10' step up but either way something went wrong. Some people said he just didn't get his hands back onto the bars or his bike skid out but he bailed and fell off the 10' platform. I didn't witness the crash first hand but the crowds reaction was enough to make you feel ill. Last I heard it looks like he got away with just a broken collar bone, either way it was pretty scary. Healing vibes go out to him.

I got it filmed on vid, it will get posted.
He cased with the back tire on the platform, you cant really tell if he was doing a no hander lander or just a no hander, either way he fell down hard. The reason he fell is because his legs got tangled up in the bike and fell with it off the box. When he got wheeled away he raised his arms to the people watching, so thats good.
