Skateparks On the Island?

Im goin to the island, pender harbour area to see some relatives and spend a few days there, im wonderin if anyone knows any skateparks around that area, that are worth goin to?

I live on the island but i have no i dea where pender harbor is so I cant help you. I assume you are talking about vancouver island.

There are some large ones in Victoria I believe but I don't know if they allow mountian bikes, going North you will find one in Mill Bay it is been open for a couple of weeks and I have had no chance to ride it as I have been in a logging camp for the past few weeks, Duncan has one thought I haven't ridden it, nanaimo has a couple one at Beban Park, Parksville and Qualicam (sp?) have a few also. I don't ride park but those are the ones I know of.

i just went down island for biking and we hit a bunch of parks, millbay is nice and small but fun to ride, vic west, gordon head, collwood, all not to shabby to ride, nuthing really intense exept for vic west but you can find alot of lines in all of the parks

Pender Harbour is on the sunshine coast, I think theres a decent park somewhere in sechelt. you could just ask around, one of the locals would know.
