So I live here now. What shop should i go to? How do I get to it? How do i get to trails? Anyone want to show me around on Monday August 1, or Tuesday August 2? I won't be in town after wednesday, so those are really the only two days. Add me k_wilc@hotmail.com to msn or pm me. If someone adds me who doesn't live in Kelowna, I won't be happy.

...please don't move this to ride planning and tales, because we all know that only people from Vancouver area and Kamloops look at that, and people from Kelowna won't look at it soon enough to help!

I live in Westbank and get all my stuff done at Outbound cycle. The owner Glen is great. However, for in Kelowna itself I would go to Kelowna cycle (the one on lakeshore) or Cyclepath. Both stores have helped me out and seem to have pretty good people in them. Funny story, the owner of cycepath (Gary) actually jumped in the back of a truck with the bike some guy had stolen from his shop. Now that's dedication. Also if it matters cyclepath carries Giant, Haro, and the odd Santa Cruz, and Kelowna cycle carries Kona, Norco. They had Gary fishers but I'm pretty sure they dropped them.
