So I looked and searched on here but having a hard time relating what is to what and what is the best.

I heard the Boot isn't bad. I also heard there is a place near one of the lakes that is super nice and cheap too with community kitchen and such but dont' know the name or number.

Any other suggestions on the best Hostel for the stay in Whistler for the Crankworks weekend?

Info would be greatly appreciated, such as names, contact, if a credit card is needed, and bike accomadation as well. It would be great for all your help thanks.

Steve

we usually rent a condo from whistler vacations... they are relatively cheap (170ish a night is good for what you get but its still quite a bit) http://www.whistlervacations.com/

sorry if this doesnt help

EDIT: oh crap i just re read this and saw hostel not hotel... i guess this definately doesn't help... sorry bout that

I beleive there is only 4 hostel type choices, UBC in Brio just 5 minutes south of the Vil, Int Hostel on Alta Lake road pretty far from the village but super nice location, the Southside hostel in Creekside above the diner, and the Boot/Shoestring which has the Cold beer and wine plus entertainment and closer to Village, basically if you have a car and don't mind cruising the Int is really nice......

Thanks! You have any contact info for the Int Hostel?

As well do you have any other further info on staff housing that hasn't been posted. Credit card, reservations etc?
